2. Account & Access

To use the digital dashboard, you must:

• Connect your Google Business Profile securely via OAuth

• Keep your login credentials safe

• Use the service responsibly and in line with local laws

  
  

3. Billing & Subscriptions

• Your plan renews monthly unless canceled

• You can cancel anytime — no hidden fees

• Physical kits are yours to keep

• No refunds for unused time, unless required by law

  
  

4. Data & Privacy

• We do not store personal health information (PHI)

• Your review data is accessed securely from your Google account

• All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  
  

5. AI-Generated Replies

• You choose: manual approval or fully automated replies

• You’re responsible for the content you approve or auto-post

• You can edit or disable replies anytime from your dashboard

  
  

6. Fair Use

We reserve the right to suspend service for:

• Abuse of the platform

7. Liability Limits
